چکیده

The current study focuses on phytochemical screening of Psoralea corylifolia and Emblica officinalis leaf extracts in methanol solvent. antibacterial compounds found both plants were investigated using studies. contained flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins, alkaloids, saponins, phenolic chemicals, according to preliminary screening. solvent systems toluene: ethyl acetate: (24:5:2) chloroform: acetic acid (50:50:1) yielded the most phytochemicals from methanolic plants, respectively. On TLC plates, these chemicals separated, resulting discovery different spots extracts. Rf values extract P. run under system was 0.12, 0.19, 0.30, 0.41, 0.53, 0.65, 0.77, 0.84, 0.89, 0.92, respectively, while E. (50:50:1)solvent 0.23, 0.31, 0.64, 0.76 0.88 results investigation will be used confirm proper identification fractions crude plant by GC-MS. optimum for extracting components leaves methanol.
